The offer includes Parmigiano Reggiano with various aging periods – from 24 to 40 months, as well as selections matured for over 60 months. The producer offers both classic variants and organic lines, available in the form of whole wheels, portions, and grated cheese.
Caseificio Cavola controls the entire production process – from sourcing milk from local farmers, through cheese production and aging, to portioning, grating, and packaging. The milk used for production comes exclusively from farms with animal welfare certificates. Feed is produced on local fields cultivated without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, which guarantees natural animal nutrition and high quality of the raw material.
Modern production and warehouse facilities allow the company to carry out Private Label projects for retail chains and distributors. The plant is equipped with portioning and grating lines for Parmigiano Reggiano, vacuum packaging systems, and the capacity to prepare a wide range of retail and foodservice formats, including products packaged under the customer's brand. The warehouse infrastructure also enables the aging and handling of cheese belonging to trade partners.
